Text Box: Re-union for Class of ‘74

Reunions are happy occasions for past CHS students. (Above) In July 2007 this group of ’74 graduates got together at the home of Marc Bonetti, and displayed a poster size enlargement of popular headmistress Betsy Brown.

CHAOS is in its ninth year as a non-profit association of past graduates of the Conservatorium High School, whose aim is to encourage, support and promote music education, by means of grants, scholarships, bursaries and awards.

We also present a yearly concert series for the general public in the various beautiful auditoria of the Conservatorium, using the resources of past graduates, who donate their services to help raise funds. These concerts are listed in our Concert Diary and ex-students wishing to present recitals are invited to apply.

CHAOS is managed by an Executive Committee, comprising a President, one or more Vice-Presidents, a Secretary, Treasurer, Publications Editor and committee members as provided in the By-Laws of the Constitution. Each office bearer must be an ex-graduate of the Conservatorium High School, and a current member of CHAOS. Members are elected annually, the most recent AGM being 9th March 2009.

A roll of members of CHAOS is kept on our database, and is being constantly used as a means of past students getting in touch and keeping in touch with one another. We urge you if you are a past student of the High School to contact us with your details and become a member of CHAOS.
